Lacy Gill is highly accomplished beauty industry professional with an extensive background in education, certification, and expertise. She hold a prestigious CIDESCO Diploma, the global standard in beauty and spa therapy, and has dedicated her career to advancing beauty education in the U.S. As a member of the CIDESCO Section US Education Board, Lacy plays a vital role in shaping the curriculum and standards for beauty professionals across the country. Additionally, Lacy serves as a CIDESCO Examiner and Instructor at the first CIDESCO school in the U.S., where she mentors and evaluates aspiring beauty experts. Her passion for the industry and commitment to excellence has made her a respected figure in the world of beauty education.

Trip Driscoll

With five years of experience teaching Anatomy and Physiology, Trip brings a dynamic blend of academic expertise and administrative proficiency to the classroom. Passionate about health sciences and student success, he is known for making complex biological concepts accessible and engaging through hands-on instruction and real-world application.

In addition to teaching, Trip plays a vital role in supporting the administrative infrastructure of the school. He processes VA educational benefits, ensuring that veteran students receive timely and accurate support throughout their academic journey. His understanding of regulatory compliance extends to the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR), where he ensures all program filings are up-to-date and meet state-mandated requirements. He also administers the Massage program. Whether in the classroom or behind the scenes, Trip is committed to maintaining high standards in education and administration.

I'm committed to fostering a learning environment that is both challenging and supportive. I believe in fostering an environment where creativity thrives and each new challenge is an opportunity for growhth.

I am Mary Finnegan, an experienced instructor specializing in the CIDESCO curriculum, committed to fostering a learning environment that is both challenging and supportive. My goal is to inspire students to think critically, ask questions, and grow both academically and personally. I'am licensed in Minnesota and Texas in the areas of Esthetics, Advanced Practice Esthetics, Spa modalities. I have certifications in Aromatherapy, Reflexology, and Yoga I designed and implemented the Esthetics Licensure Program, Esthetics Diploma (CIDESCO) AAS degree, Medical Esthetician AAS degree, Massage Therapy Program, Reflexology certificate program, Aromatherapy certificate program, Yoga Teacher training certificate program, and Advanced Chemical Peels for the Professional Esthetician curriculum I have been an instructor and consultant for all aspects of Esthetics Education and industry. I have been a CIDESCO examiner since 2007 I am excited to see you in my classroom,
